| Berlin Pergamon Museum - Museum Island The Pergamon Museum on Museum Island houses a vast collection of artefacts from the ancient world including the crowning glory being the altar from the Zeus Tempel in Pergamon (180-160 BC). The museum is founded 1994 on the collection of Dr. Wolfgang Schreiner donated to the government of Bavaria. The collection shows graphics from east european countries 1975-89.
